Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of the Josmait Automobile Management Platform and establish a binding contract between your business and Josmait Technology.
01. Scope of Service
Josmait Systems provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) designed to automate workshop operations, including but not limited to:
- Digital Job Card Generation
- Inventory & Spare Parts Control
- Automated Billing & MoMo Invoicing
- Staff Performance Analytics
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve system performance or security without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially degrade the core service functionality.
02. Account Security & Compliance
To access our services, you must provide accurate workshop details. You are solely responsible for:
- Credential Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your legal responsibility.
- Legal Use: Ensuring your use of the system complies with all local Ghanaian laws, including tax regulations and labor laws.
03. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation
Payment Terms:
All fees are non-refundable and must be paid in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We utilize a "Pre-pay" model where access is granted upon successful receipt of the monthly subscription fee.
- Price Adjustments: Josmait Technology reserves the right to adjust pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days prior to any change.
- Grace Period: We provide a 3-day grace period for late payments. After this period, the system will automatically restrict access to the dashboard until the balance is cleared.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your data will remain exportable for 30 days following cancellation.
04. Data Protection & Privacy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of Ghana:
Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you input (customer lists, vehicle records). Josmait Technology will never sell or share your business data with third-party competitors.
Security: We employ industry-standard SSL encryption and daily database backups to prevent data loss. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against sophisticated cyber-attacks.
05. Limitation of Liability
Josmait Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or workshop productivity resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
The system is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
